Originally from Nicaragua, I speak Spanish, English, and a little Polish. Now based in Calgary, Alberta for over 35 years. I'm excited to travel the world, facilitating classes and connecting with the Earth, People, and Animals. 

I've witnessed clients choose new possibilities—losing weight, looking younger, changing careers, transforming relationships, and more. Facilitating The Foundation Class has shifted not only my life but also the lives of participants, creating a new reality of ease, fun, and abundance.
